Algiers |
Since its foundation in 1907 in Algiers, the driving
force of Ferico – now subsidiary of Panzani – have always
been the satisfaction of the customers and consumers and the constant
improvement of performance.
To reach this goal, Ferico remains to the forefront of traceability
requirements and has developed a quality policy. Ferico was
one of the first French companies to obtain the I.F.S version 4 Certification
which proves its control in food safety.
The three pillars of Ferico’s quality policy :
1. Product quality control, carried
out daily with analyses in a laboratory.
2. Management of food safety based
on respect of good hygiene practices and the analysis and management
of food risks, in accordance with the H.A.C.C.P method.
3. Definition and implementation
of a company organisation system to identify and meet the
expectations of our customers and consumers, while respecting regulations
and the environment, and taking account of the expectations of our shareholders
and the ethical values of FERICO.
Because of its affiliation to Panzani
group, major player in dry pasta, rice, fresh pasta,
sauces and semolina markets, Ferico can access to real synergies in terms
of supplying and Research and Development, especially with the C.R.E.CE.R.P.A.L.
